It's a 1994-hectare property with a land grant for sale (awaiting the governor's signature). It's located 20 km from Corcovado, along the road that connects this town with Tecka (satellite images with location attached). It's accessible year-round via a well-maintained gravel road (Route 17) and internal roads within the property. There's a two-year-old house on the property.

Several year-round snowmelt streams and two lagoons. The topography allows for the creation of one or more additional lagoons for stocking with trout.

Lenga forest with a management plan in place, ñire trees and other native vegetation.

The field has several areas for grazing, with abundant water.

The carrying capacity is around 80 cows per year
