The Project

Carao Village is located on a 100 ha area with 1,000 m of coastline on a 70,000 m2 lagoon.

Lots of 4,000 to 6,400 m2

The residential area will represent only 401 TP3T of the project's surface area in order to ensure a low environmental impact.

Asphalt on the access road and waterfront, curb and gutter, LED streetlights, native forestry, and irrigation system for forestry.
A 10-hectare portion of the land will be designated for a tourist farm project for rural and recreational activities, where stables, vegetable gardens, and other related facilities will be built. A tiny house complex will also be developed. These projects will be marketed outside the subdivision to interested parties, so they will not represent a cost to the owners of Pueblo Carao.
