This 58-hectare traditional Chubut-style farm has been carefully renovated, respecting the property's original structure to maintain its historic character. The property features a golf course, a barn, and a mill that supplies the water fountain, all in perfect condition.

The farm, known as "Don Salim's Farm," has a rich history. It was the first registered property in Epuyén in 1903, located at a strategic point on the road to El Maitén.
