Description

This 92-hectare property of native forests with species of cypress, maiten, ñire, Radal, notro, among others, is classified by the Native Forest Protection Law as Category II, Sustainable Use. This category allows for the development of sustainable activities, such as forest management, agrotourism, agroecological production, forest management with integrated livestock farming (MBGI), and a wide range of multiple forest-use activities.

In addition, it has non-permanent bodies of water and springs that generate small streams and feed the marshes and wetlands. In the highest part of the field, there is an Oregon pine forest of more than 2 hectares, old enough for thinning and timber production.

It has a perimeter fence and an internal divider. The entrance is located 5 km from the route. It is a well-established country road, allowing year-round access, with some difficulties in winter due to snowfall due to the altitude, ranging from 850 meters above sea level to 900 meters above sea level.
