444-hectare field with Carrileufu River shoreline

This field is located a few km from the town of Cholila, Chubut, 150 km from Esquel and 240 km from San Carlos de Bariloche, between the Cholila and Rivadavia lakes on the Carrileufu River.

Approximately 440 hectares occupy an isolated west-east-oriented valley, surrounded by beautiful mountains such as 3 Picos and 2 Picos, the highest in Chubut Province. Its forests, primarily coihues and other beech trees, including maitenes, notros, lauras, radal, and other plants, make this wonderful land a place where you can breathe clean, pollution-free air. It is not located within the boundaries of any national park, and it boasts a unique landscape that has not been substantially altered by human occupation.
