1990ha field in Corcovado

This 1,990-hectare farm is located just 20 km from the town of Corcovado, on Provincial Route 17, which connects it to the town of Tecka. Access is possible year-round thanks to a well-established gravel road and internal roads that crisscross the property.

The property includes a main house, just two years old, ready to move into or use as an operational base. One of the estate's main attractions is its excellent water availability: it boasts several permanent snowmelt streams and two natural lagoons. Furthermore, the topography presents significant potential for creating new lagoons and developing a trout farming project or similar.

In terms of infrastructure, it has perimeter fencing and internal partitions that separate the forestry sections. Electricity is provided through three-phase lighting installations in the camp's main structure. The forest area includes approximately 300 hectares suitable for planting species such as pine, in addition to a significant lenga forest with an approved management plan, and the presence of native vegetation such as ñire.

The property also offers natural pastureland with excellent access to water, giving it an estimated grazing capacity of approximately 80 cows per year.
