1239 hectare field on the coast of Río Hielo
A 1,239-hectare farm located in the southern part of the Galesa neighborhood, accessible via Provincial Route 17, which connects with National Route 259 (Trevelin and Corcovado). The farm is currently being paved. It is 55 km from Trevelin, 90 km from Esquel Airport, and 25 km from Corcovado.
Description
It has 350 meters of shoreline on Campamento Lake, with excellent rainbow trout fishing.
In addition, it has 8 km of the Hielo River bank, of which 4 km are steep, boxed sections with limited access from the field and the other 4 km with free access to the river bank.
The facilities include a main house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen; a caretaker's house with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom; two wooden sheds, several corrals, and a cow shed.
The ranch is divided into seven fenced and maintained paddocks, with 10 km of internal roads. It's ideal for use as a wintering ranch due to its location at the bottom of a vast area of high peaks (bordering Chile). This allows access to the ranch practically year-round.
