Description

This 4,700-hectare farm is strategically located with more than 5 kilometers of coastline, formed by various peaks that provide a wide expanse of shoreline. Access is from Route 1, a few meters from the main gate and approximately 200 meters from the cattle guard at Estancia La Clara.

The property has diverse water resources: five mills (one for extraction and four for pumping), all with saltwater supplies, as well as dams distributed in different areas. Of note is a sunken pipe that supplies fresh water at a depth of approximately 43 meters, complemented by wells and old jaguars in the area of Route 1. Furthermore, the connection to the aqueduct that transports water from the Chubut River to Uzcudum reinforces the feasibility of the supply.

With a surface area of two leagues and a long stretch of coastline, this field combines spaciousness, direct access, and development potential, making it an excellent opportunity for both productive exploitation and large-scale projects.
