606 ha field
📍FIELD OF 606 HA – GREDA LAKE AREA | TREVELIN, CHUBUT
This course is located less than an hour from Trevelin, in a natural setting of high scenic value, bordering the Greda Lake Provincial Reserve, a free-access but little-known area, giving it an exclusive and private character.
The property covers an area of 606 hectares, with altitudes ranging from 750 to 1,500 meters above sea level. The Greda River runs through the center of the field, dividing it into two sections and providing abundant water, along with streams and mayines that form lagoons until January. Internal bridges can be built to improve circulation within the field.
The terrain is uneven, with sections accessible to the river and others requiring new trails and internal roads to fully explore and enjoy it. It is ideal for recreational or tourist use, with opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, ATV tours, and rural infrastructure development. It is also suitable as a valuable reserve for seasonal use, from spring to fall.
Regarding production potential, the estimated capacity is one womb per 10/12 hectares. The perimeter fence is in good condition, except for the section adjacent to the Las Mentas ranch, which requires inspection.
The property has three entrances:
By RĂo FrĂo Ranch
By Estancia Las Mentas (possibly without easement)
By the Garzonio family ranch, from RĂo Grande / Los Cipreses
In summer, access is possible by truck without a 4x4. During winter (July/August), access may require the use of chains, depending on the state of the streams surrounding the area.
The surroundings are visually striking, with native vegetation such as lengas, ñires, lauras, and cypresses, typical of the altitude and the cold, humid climate, with annual rainfall of between 800 and 1,000 mm.
A property with great recreational, tourist, and productive potential, in a unique setting in the Patagonian Andes.
