This 58-hectare farm, built in the traditional Chubut style, has been carefully renovated, respecting the property's original structure to maintain its historical character. On the grounds, there is a mill that supplies water to the swimming pool, all in perfect condition.

The farm, known as "Don Salim's Farm," has a rich history. It was the first registered property in Epuyén in 1903, located at a strategic point on the road to El Maitén.
