Posee una vivienda de dos a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad.<\/p>\n<p>Varios arroyos todo el a\u00f1o de deshielo y dos lagunas. Por la topograf\u00eda que posee se pueden aprovechar los arroyos y hacer una o varias lagunas m\u00e1s para sembrar truchas.<\/p>\n<p>Bosque de lenga con plan de manejo realizado, \u00f1ire y Recibe el aporte de numerosos arroyos y r\\u00edos, entre ellos el Mait\\u00e9n Chico, Aserradero de los Vascos, Huemul, Escobar Guanaco,\\u00a0Esquel. Este campo tiene la particularidad de tener arroyo y r\\u00edos que confluyen tanto al Atl\\u00e1ntico como al Oc\\u00e9ano Pac\\u00edfico.<\\\/span><br \\\/><span>Dentro de la Invernada se encuentra la toma que proveer\\u00e1 de agua potable a la Ciudad de Esquel, en la uni\\u00f3n del R\\u00edo Percey y el Arroyo de la Buitrera, convenio ya firmado con la Cooperativa 16 de Octubre Ltda.<\\\/span><br \\\/><span>El campo actualmente posee 700 cabezas de ganado vacuno, alimentado naturalmente a campo. Teniendo un potencial de rinde superior a 1000 ejemplares a\\u00f1o redondo.<\\\/span><br \\\/><span>Posee caminos con acceso a todos los sectores tanto veranada como invernada. Se encuentra categorizada como\\u00a0especie en peligro de extinci\\u00f3n, debido principalmente a la transformaci\\u00f3n de su h\\u00e1bitat y a la caza mayor.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>La propiedad tiene un gran potencial, principalmente la posibilidad de generar una Reserva Natural con fines de preservaci\\u00f3n y turismo ecol\\u00f3gico, al estar lindero a DOS reservas municipales y UNA privada (9500 hect\\u00e1reas aproximadamente entre las tres), y la cercan\\u00eda al Parque Nacional Los Alerces, corredor que se est\\u00e1 potenciando en estos \\u00faltimos a\\u00f1os.<br \\\/>A nivel producci\\u00f3n en la zona se han generado varios proyectos vitivin\\u00edcolas, dadas las excelentes condiciones clim\\u00e1ticas y geogr\\u00e1ficas para este fin. Nace a unos 15 km al sur de\\u00a0Cholila, entre el Ca\\u00f1ad\\u00f3n de la Horqueta y la Loma Boscosa. Recibe el aporte de numerosos arroyos y r\\u00edos, entre ellos el Mait\\u00e9n Chico, Aserradero de los Vascos, Huemul, Escobar Guanaco,\\u00a0Esquel. Varios de los afluentes se encuentran dentro del campo.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<h4>Veranada<\\\/h4>\\n\n\n<p>5464 hect\\u00e1reas, dividida en 3 cuadros contiguos, ubicada en el sector Norte del campo, emplazado en parte sobre el cord\\u00f3n Esquel, zona alta con sector de altas cumbres (MSNM 1700 metros), zona de valles, bosque de lengas, \\u00f1ires, chacay, etc.). 2 casas de puesteros, corrales, mangas, etc.<br \\\/>Dentro de estos cuadros se encuentran las nacientes de varios arroyos principalmente del Arroyo Madera, los cuales terminan aportando agua al Rio Chubut y al Oc\\u00e9ano Atl\\u00e1ntico. Este campo tiene la particularidad de tener arroyo y r\\u00edos que confluyen tanto al Atl\\u00e1ntico como al Oc\\u00e9ano Pac\\u00edfico.<br \\\/>Dentro de la Invernada se encuentra la toma que proveer\\u00e1 de agua potable a la Ciudad de Esquel, en la uni\\u00f3n del R\\u00edo Percey y el Arroyo de la Buitrera, convenio ya firmado con la Cooperativa 16 de Octubre Ltda.<br \\\/>El campo actualmente posee 700 cabezas de ganado vacuno, alimentado naturalmente a campo. Teniendo un potencial de rinde superior a 1000 ejemplares a\\u00f1o redondo. <br \\\/>Posee caminos con acceso a todos los sectores tanto veranada como invernada. Red de energ\\u00eda el\\u00e9ctrica en el cuadro principal.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<h4>La fauna aut\\u00f3ctona<\\\/h4>\\n\n\n<p>Ciervos como el huemul y el pud\\u00fa, adem\\u00e1s de pumas, maras o liebres patag\\u00f3nicas, guanacos, zorros, c\\u00f3ndores, cisnes de cuello negro y choiques.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<h4>El huemul (Hippocamelus bisulcus)<\\\/h4>\\n\n\n<p>es una de las dos especies de ciervos nativos presentes exclusivamente en los bosques patag\\u00f3nicos de Argentina y Chile. En Argentina, originalmente se distribu\\u00eda en forma continua desde Neuqu\\u00e9n (posiblemente sur de Mendoza) hasta Santa Cruz, y desde la Cordillera hasta los pastizales subandinos del este.<br \\\/>Actualmente, sus poblaciones son peque\\u00f1as y se presentan en forma fragmentada y arrinconadas contra la Cordillera. Se encuentra categorizada como\\u00a0especie en peligro de extinci\\u00f3n, debido principalmente a la transformaci\\u00f3n de su h\\u00e1bitat y a la caza mayor.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>La propiedad tiene un gran potencial, principalmente la posibilidad de generar una Reserva Natural con fines de preservaci\\u00f3n y turismo ecol\\u00f3gico, al estar lindero a DOS reservas municipales y UNA privada (9500 hect\\u00e1reas aproximadamente entre las tres), y la cercan\\u00eda al Parque Nacional Los Alerces, corredor que se est\\u00e1 potenciando en estos \\u00faltimos a\\u00f1os. <br \\\/>A nivel producci\\u00f3n en la zona se han generado varios proyectos vitivin\\u00edcolas, dadas las excelentes condiciones clim\\u00e1ticas y geogr\\u00e1ficas para este fin. Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc y Pinot Noir, Riesling y Gew\\u00fcrztraminer son algunas de las variedades que se han plantado y se comercializan en combinaci\\u00f3n con agroturismo, ecocamping, etc.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<h4>Pesca deportiva<\\\/h4>\\n\n\n<p>LOS DIFERENTES LAGOS Y R\\u00cdOS DE LA ZONA, CON SUS AGUAS FR\\u00cdAS Y CRISTALINAS QUE NACEN EN LA CORDILLERA DE LOS ANDES, OFRECEN EXCELENTES CONDICIONES PARA EL DESARROLLO Y LA REPRODUCCI\\u00d3N DE SALM\\u00d3NIDOS. La temporada transcurre entre noviembre y abril y se puede pescar \\u00fanicamente con se\\u00f1uelos artificiales y en las modalidades de spinning y fly casting. <br \\\/>En la enorme riqueza que ofrece la Comarca de los Alerces para la pesca deportiva se encuentran especies como el salm\\u00f3n encerrado, la truchas marr\\u00f3n, de arroyo, de lago, Arco Iris y el salm\\u00f3n del pac\\u00edfico que congrega a pescadores de todo el mundo en esta zona de la Patagonia. Entre las especies nativas de la zona, que tambi\\u00e9n cuentan con valor deportivo, se destacan las percas y el pejerrey patag\\u00f3nico. La pesca deportiva consiste en disfrutar de paisajes incre\\u00edbles y la devoluci\\u00f3n permite hacer un importante aporte a la conservaci\\u00f3n.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<h4>Alto R\\u00edo Percy, pueblo de los carreros<\\\/h4>\\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\\u00eda de Turismo y Producci\\u00f3n de la Municipalidad de Esquel puso en valor este destino tur\\u00edstico con la mejora de los servicios y productos, a trav\\u00e9s del proyecto denominado \\u201cTurismo, Comunidad y Naturaleza. El turismo rural da la oportunidad de conocer el lugar, la cultura y la forma de vivir de las comunidades. El visitante es actor en la cotidianidad de lo que consume y en las actividades productivas de la comunidad. Los emprendimientos abren las puertas para mostrar las tareas del campo y ofrecer productos regionales como huevos de granja, jam\\u00f3n de cap\\u00f3n de producci\\u00f3n artesanal, mermeladas caseras de frutillas, guindas, cerezas, casis y alimentos de recetas ancestrales mapuche<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<h4>R\\u00e9gimen de lluvia promedio<\\\/h4>\\n\n\n<p>Var\\u00eda seg\\u00fan la ubicaci\\u00f3n del campo, siendo la m\\u00ednima de 650 mm y la m\\u00e1xima 1250
